The Role
This is a full-time role designed for a proactive Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth for our cosmetic line across Beirut. You will be the face of our dermo-cosmetics line, building lasting relationships with clients and executing strategies that drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with key clients.
- Sales pipelines: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Market Growth: Implement effective marketing strategies and conduct product training sessions.
- Presentations: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that highlight our scientific edge.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives to drive business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales-driven role (pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic experience is highly preferred). Proven track record in sales.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage professional client relationships.
- Proactivity: A self-starter attitude, highly organized, with the ability to manage a remote/field-based schedule and hit performance targets independently.
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal car for daily field visits and client meetings.
- Location: Must be residing in or near Beirut.
